I just finished up my 3 month (6 session) Business Coaching with Deb Frueh which definitely exceeded my expectations -- in fact, it blew me away!!! I went from Ground Zero of starting a Sole Proprietorship, to as she put it, "turning the ignition key over in the car."

Here's why it worked wonders for me: with Deb, you hit the ground running. We named my business in the first session and it's perfect! Deb is highly intuitive and fully prepared. she has an ambitious agenda; however, since she works interactively in a co-creating method, it is productive and fun at the same time .. with plenty of laughs along the way! Deb will take you as far as you're willingness to put in the effort goes.  She gives you plenty of detailed action steps, doesn't mind the occasional 'could I just get your text input on this?' between sessions, and helps you through external and/or internal blocks along the way.

My favorite part, though, is that it is not at all a cookie cutter approach, and she is very realistic about how to intentionally grow your business over time. Deb pushes you out of your comfort zone; however, she is very clear that you have the final say in the outcome.

I would highly recommend her coaching for whatever leg of the business or personal journey you're on.
